All classes listed as “Nyack Studio” are our in-person classes at our studio located at 42 Main Street, Nyack, NY.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
Masks are optional for all in-studio classes. If you are not feeling well we ask that you opt for a livestream or On Demand class. Let’s keep each other safe, healthy and practicing!
Livestream classes
All classes listed as “Livestream” are our virtual classes offered via Zoom. You must register for the class to receive the Zoom link to attend. The link will automatically be emailed to you 1 hour before class time, or when you register if it’s within one hour to class time.
