Our "Chill" Class Offerings:

Our sunlit and airy climate-controlled "chill" studio offers an array of classes from beginner to advanced. Icons signify the level of difficulty.

This light green icon signifies a beginner-friendly class. These are great for brand newbies, folks working with an injury or limitation, or those who just want to refresh the basics!

This purple icon signifies a more challenging class for students with some yoga practice and familiarity.

Flow
Experience an energizing full-body vinyasa flow designed for you to get moving as you release stress and tension. With modifications offered for beginners, or those dealing with physical limitations, this class welcomes students of all levels.
Slow Flow
Ground yourself in this gentle Yin Yoga-based class, suitable for all levels and perfect as your first yoga class. Flow into this gentle dynamic movement as you pause and hold postures for minutes at a time, finding a deep relaxation that will have you floating.
Flow: Level 1-2
Find your inner strength in this vinyasa flow class, built for students who have been practicing on the mat for a least a year. Flow with focus as you move through fundamental postures at a gradually increased pace.
Flow: Level 2-3
Explore the full breadth of asanas in our most advanced vinyasa flow class. This flow is recommended for students with at least 3 years of practice and a strong grasp of the fundamentals of yoga.

Foundational Flow
This beginner yoga class is a welcoming and accessible introduction to yoga, designed for individuals with little or no prior experience. The class typically focuses on foundational poses (asanas), basic breathing techniques (pranayama), and gentle stretches to build flexibility, strength and body awareness. The pace is slow and guided, with clear instructions and modifications offered to accommodate all levels of physical ability. Appropriate for both those that are starting a yoga practice as well as those who are looking to get back to the basics, this class will prepare all yoga students to feel comfortable with attending an open level vinyasa or flow class.
Gentle Yoga
Relax into a gentle practice that guides the body, mind, and spirit into constructive rest. Suitable for all levels.
Chair Yoga
This class is designed for individuals of all fitness levels, offering gentle stretches, mindful breathing and seated or standing poses using a chair for support. Perfect for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone seeking a low-impact workout to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Restorative
Experience a gratifying release in this ultra-relaxing class held completely on the floor. Combining the deep stretching of Yin with soothing restorative poses, this class is suitable for all levels of practice.
Happy Hour Yoga
Unwind with our Friday night happy hour on the mat. Each week we offer a new theme, with a different teacher, for this all-level practice that helps release the week.
Prenatal Yoga
For our expectant mothers, flow into this gentle yet focused practice designed to prepare the body and spirit for birth and postpartum. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Kids Yoga
Our 6-week program for kids ages 5-7 and 8-10, is designed to get them moving, breathing, and learning mindfulness practices to release stress and anxiety.
Aerial Yoga
Whether you’re new to aerial, or are an experienced aerialist, this fun practice uses the hammock to build strength, condition the body, and move into accessible inversions that help to decompress the spine and improve circulation and focus.
Aerial: Slow & Low
Explore this gentle yet deep practice using the hammock to support the body as we connect to the breath and release tension and resistance, finishing with a long floating savasana.

Our Hot Class Offerings:

Browse our current class offerings for our "Hot Room" below. Our state-of-the-art hot studio is heated by infrared panels to 80-100 degrees, with 30% humidity. All classes are open level.

πŸ”₯ The single flame signifies a warm class, heated to between 80-95 degrees. These are great for those new to practicing in the heat, looking for something slower and gentler, or for our fitness-oriented heated classes.

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ The double flame signifies a more challenging class in high heat (100 degrees), for students with some hot yoga experience and familiarity.

This invigorating Hot Vinyasa session is designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. Set at our hottest temperature (100Β°F), this dynamic practice synchronizes breath with movement in a seamless sequence of poses. The warmth enhances flexibility, encourages detoxification and creates a meditative atmosphere to deepen your practice. Bring water, a towel and an open mind. Hydration and mindfulness are key!

The PYS Hot 26 class is an invigorating practice that consists of 26 static postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed to systematically work every part of the body. The room is heated to 100 degrees with 30% humidity, which enhances the ability to stretch safely and encourages cardiovascular endurance. Suitable for all levels, this practice aims to build physical and mental resilience while fostering a sense of well-being and clarity.

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic and energizing class that blends traditional yoga poses with strength training, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Designed to build both physical and mental endurance, this class incorporates hand weights, resistance exercises and bursts of cardio to intensify the workout. The room temperature is 90 degrees, getting the muscles warmed up for a safe workout but not overwhelming the body.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful, structured practice designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Beginning with Sun Salutations to warm up the body, the practice moves into standing and seated poses that build core strength, improve balance and increase flexibility.
