Naomi Camilleri (she/her) Founder and owner of PYS
Naomi began practicing yoga in 2001, and immediately fell in love. Focusing exclusively on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga at first, her practice gradually broadened to incorporate elements of other yogic traditions. From her very first class she knew that yoga was more than just a practice on the mat, but a way of life, an opening and awakening of the mind, and a vehicle to self-realization of the spirit.

Antonia Noonan (she/her)
In the late 90s, while working in corporate America, Antonia’s mother sent her a Rodney Yee video with a note gently suggesting she try yoga. It didn’t take long before she was hooked. Her enthusiasm for her own yoga practice and her desire to share that with others led her to the teacher training program with Betsy Kase at Yoga Haven, where she received her 200-hour certification.

Her classes are deeply rooted in philosophy. She loves playing with mudras and weaving in storytelling while moving students around the mat. She delights in the transformational spaces in between the poses. Expect the unexpected with creative sequencing, poses moving organically one into the other whether it be a gentle flow or one that is more physically challenging.
Always there is the joy of discovery, the possibility through yoga of deepening our connection to our true nature.

Jodi Daly (she/her)
Jodi has always been drawn to a good physical challenge, but it was not until she started practicing yoga that she started to experience her physicality in ways that went beyond the surface. Through years of practice and the completion of 200+ hours of training, she has discovered that yoga exists not only on the mat but in every movement and each breath. Yoga brought to light the idea that the movement of energy is essential in order to experience the richness of life and to truly access the inner self.
Jodi’s classes focus on safe alignment and breath. She encourages students to explore all layers of themselves – from the physical to the subtle aspects of breath, energy and spirit. Her classes are challenging and supportive, offering a balance between freedom to move and time for stillness and contemplation. She finds joy in the exploration of all aspects of yoga and commits herself to being a perpetual student and enthusiastic teacher. Jodi completed an Aerial Yoga teacher training in 2021 with Chris Loebsack, and is excited to add aerial skills to her class offerings.
Jamie Shields (she/her)
When the COVID-19 pandemic put a nearly 5-month pause on Jamie’s photography career, she picked up a daily home yoga practice to cope with the sudden loss of work and to find a little peace of mind during the shutdown with her husband and two children (3 and 4 years old, at the time). She fell in love with the practice.

She fell in love with the practice.
Trained as a dancer, Jamie has always found joy and comfort in movement, and after a year of consistent practice she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Juluka in Hillsdale, NJ, in August 2021 under the guidance of Mandy Grant and Soo Yoon. Soon after Jamie completed a 20hr Yin Yoga certification with Kate Lombardo and a 15hr Restorative Yoga Certification with Susan Barber.
Jamie’s vinyasa classes are fun, creative and challenging, designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Her Yin and restorative classes are suitable for all levels and offer the perfect opportunity to slow down and reconnect through pranayama practice and passive floor poses, aimed at opening up and relaxing the whole body.

Rachel Stark (she/her)
Rachel found the magic of yoga six years ago and immediately developed a deep practice. She did her 200-Hour Teacher Training at Mind Body Soul Yoga in Manhattan, which is also where she discovered the warmth and connection a yoga family can provide. For her, community spirit is just as important as awakening our own internal light.
Yoga has become the lens through which she lives her life. Whether it is daily asana, setting intentions, noticing her breath, or moving through the world with curiosity, the practice of yoga continues to be a gift. Even in her day job, teaching high school English, she practices patience, gratitude, and helps her students work toward self-discovery.
This past year, Rachel completed her Prenatal Yoga Certification and will be introducing a Prenatal Yoga program at PYS for all our future mamas, starting in January 2022. In her free time, Rachel can be found gardening, curled up with a good book, or spending time in the great outdoors.

Krystina Drasher (she/her)
Krystina found yoga in 2010 seeking guided movement while in the midst of navigating chronic hip pain from cheerleading injuries. While initially Krystina kept coming back to class purely for the physical benefits, she began to notice that as the pain from her injuries subsided, so did some of the tension she carried in her heart and mind. Wanting to get a deeper understanding of her own practice, Krystina completed her 200-hour teacher training with Lyons Den Power Yoga in 2018, and her 500-hour certification in January 2020 after deciding she wanted to share the benefits of practicing yoga with others.
